The Site Meeting.
The first initial site visit will be arranged at a time convenient to you. We understand you have busy lives and your time can often be limited, so weekend and evening appointment’s are no problem.
What happens during the site meeting?
During the site meeting we will together run through your project taking down all notes required in order to create a full quotation. Larger projects often require us to take away a set of plans and any relevant specifications for the project, if you can ensure a photocopy of such documents is to hand that would be most helpful.
After The First Meeting.
Once we have established your needs and what you require we will go away to pout together your free detailed written quotation. All quotations can be delivered via Email or if preferred paper form and sent in the post.
Accompanying any quote will be proof of our public liability insurance. We are currently insured to the value of £2,000,000. Accidents can happen and nobody should do any work on your property unless appropriately insured. To view our current public liability insurance certificate please click the link found below.
Some larger projects may require a second visit this may be due to changes or clarification, if this is required we would again arrange at a convenient time to you.
You should expect to receive your quote within 1 week. However this can differ depending on size of project.

Accepting A Quote.

Larger projects often need to be booked in 2-4 weeks in advance.
As a company we know starting and undertaking large development or extension works to your property can be daunting. As a ways of ensuring both parties are safe during works we will often issue a works contract that is approved by the FMB. The contract outlines the basics of what is being undertaken payment process, changes etc.

During The Works
Whilst the works are being undertaken on your property we ensure a few principal guidelines are constantly in place, these are as follows.
- Clean and tidy, at the end of each working day the site will be made safe and left in a clean and tidy state.
- Ensuring somebody is always on site to refer to, we understand you may have queries during the build and there will always be somebody on site that can assist you.
- Courtesy to neighbors, building work can be noisy and disturbing we however will always have your neighbors in mind, any deliveries of materials access to there property or possible disturbance to them will always be raised in advance ensuring everyone is happy and aware of whats happening.
On completion of a project any final invoices are issued, you will if applicable also receive any certification for the works undertaken this can often be gas safe certification, electrical installation certification or building control sign off.
We also provide a 6 month guarantee period. Should any issues arise from our works within the first 6 months of completion we will visit and investigate further completely free of charge.
